Through Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) and Black Soldier Fly (BSF) Larvae-based organic waste processing, we ensure that dry and wet waste is efficiently segregated, recycled, or converted into valuable resources. Zero Waste Gram Panchayats
We support rural governance bodies in adopting sustainable waste practices by designing Swach Sankeernas and compost units. Susera manages dry waste, tetra packs, multi-layered plastics, and wet organic waste using advanced sorting and BSF Larvae composting technology. Door-to-Door Collection
We implement organized door-to-door collection systems to segregate and collect waste at the source.

Composting Kitchen Waste
We convert wet kitchen and organic waste into high-value products using Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae composting technology.
How It Works:
- Waste Segregation: Collected wet waste is screened to remove non-biodegradable contaminants.
- Larvae Processing: BSF larvae are introduced into the organic waste, where they consume the material rapidly.
- Rapid Conversion: Within 7–10 days, the waste is converted into live larvae and organic frass (BSF compost).
- Resource Generation:
- Live larvae: High-protein source for animal feed.
- Frass: Organic fertilizer rich in NPK (~13.5), suitable for agriculture.
- This method reduces methane emissions, accelerates waste decomposition, and creates valuable circular economy products.
Recycling Dry Waste
Dry waste collected from homes, institutions, and bulk generators is processed at our Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs).
Our Process Includes:
- Segregation: Waste is sorted into plastics, paper, metals, tetra packs, multi-layered plastics, and non-recyclable waste.
- Recycling & Reuse:
- Recyclable items are cleaned and processed for reuse in industries.
- Tetra packs are recycled into usable material for local communities.
- Multi-layered plastics are converted into interlocks, bricks, or alternate fuel through partnerships.
- Non-Recyclable Waste: Materials that cannot be directly recycled are converted into energy-efficient alternate fuel, enhancing calorific value and reducing landfill disposal.
